It’s ladies night at the race track tonight, and this is how the Bowman Gray track web site explains the concept: “At $1 Ladies’ Night events, female fans are admitted for $1 (no escort is required)”. That’s totally quaint.
Tonight’s the last demolition derby of the season. If I get any good photos from it I’ll post ‘em here.
Also, in racing news, the 66-year-old, 40-year racing veteran Johnny Johnson is calling it quits after next weekend’s race.
